Event Description
People of all faiths and nationalities are invited to join in the global observance of the International Day of Peace on 21 September each year. Hold a religious or interfaith gathering, plan a concert, have a school event, plant a Peace Pole - whatever you do, do it for peace! And make sure to join in the Minute of Silence for world peace at 12 noon in your time zone.
