I mystically understand and appreciate that, in the greater scheme of existence, karma is collectively unified, and responsibility, in this greater unified way, is not just personal, but interconnectedly collective. Although it is true that life is difficult in general for us, I have to say that Buddhism is one of my least favorite religions, mystically/spiritually so, as I pertain that the Doctrine of No-Self (Ultimate Reality being "Nothingness") is spiritually/mystically inaccurate. I realize/appreciate that there is "conscious activity" (an all pervasive non-dual boundless Consciousness) sustaining all reality - The Self or "God"... How else do all the atoms in existence operate so perfectly and precisely to make all manifest reality, if this were not so (???)
Personally speaking, I do appreciate that Buddhism is a great religion for practical and good earthly living, and for virtuous conduct of life, but it does fall spiritually short of the Mystical Ideal of experiencing/realizing/knowing an Eternal Divine Absolute Consciousness in which we all live and move and have our being.

Wong Weng Hon, editor of New Lotus Buddhistdoor in Hong Kong, did a series of 10 articles comparing mysticism among the five major religions. They are from a Buddhist perspective. You might find them interesting.

It seems you have made a name for your self here, Ron, in regards to mysticism and your love for such. Well done!
