Permalink Reply by Arlan Berglas on March 15, 2011 at 7:34am (Tarzana, California) – The World Peace One Foundation is taking part in United We Serve, a national effort launched by President Obama to engage more Americans in serving their communities this summer.
World Peace One Concerts will be launching their 10 year global peace initiative this summer, as part of the summer service initiative, which President Obama announced in a video message.
“In these tough economic times, we need volunteers more than ever,” said Arlan Berglas the Executive Director of We, The World and the Director of Global Development for World Peace One. We are facing increasing demands for services, and volunteers can help us fill this growing need. We are pleased to join this national effort and thank the President for making this call to service.”
United We Serve kicks off on June 22 and runs through September 11, which will be marked for the first time as a national day of service and remembrance. The initiative is being led by the Corporation for National and Community Service, a federal agency that improves lives and strengthens communities though volunteering and service.
“This summer, I'm calling on all of you to make volunteerism and community service part of your daily life and the life of this nation,” said President Obama in the video. “Economic recovery is as much about what you're doing in your communities as what we're doing in Washington – and it’s going to take all of us, working together.”
United We Serve focuses on five key areas where everyone can have a real impact in their community: education, health, energy and the environment; community renewal, and safety and security.
To make it easy for individuals to get involved, the Corporation created Serve.gov, a website that allows visitors to type in their zip code to find local volunteer opportunities, recruit volunteers by posting their organization’s projects, or get ideas for creating their own projects with friends, families, and neighbors.
“Everyone has something to give, and summer is a great time to get involved,” said Dr. Aymee Coget, the Executive Director of the Global Happiness Association, and President of the American Happiness Association. By serving this summer, we hope more people will make an ongoing commitment to volunteering throughout the year. This association teaches people online (for free) how to control their thoughts, so that they are happy all the time! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OTfi0D1Vkg0
World Peace One plans to raise $2 Billion Dollars and give to the Corporation for National & Community Service. 1.1 Billion for Community Service and an additional $900 Million for Online Community Service. We plan to have the money available by the middle of April, 2011.

Thank you for your post on this very sensitive, yet important topic. It is truly wonderful that we can dialogue at this level.
Within the Ageless Wisdom Teachings, the notion of antichrist is that of an energy, the destructive aspect of God
(God being defined as the sum total of all the energies and Laws) which is released from time to time to make way for a new "dispensation" which reveals a new aspect of God. The destruction wrought by the antichrist energy has been, according to the AWT, the work of a person (Nero, Hitler) or persons (Axis Powers). In the case of Hitler, he was so mediumistic that he could be taken over by the Forces of Evil. Evil, is defined as the "Good" from a previous age, which should have been left behind in favor of a wider and finer "Good". For example, in the very early days of humanity, materialism was a "good" thing because it enabled humanity to stabilize in the material world, and develop material capacities which enabled humanity to survive. However, that materialism (in this example) is now so well developed that it creates many of the pathologies (starvation, war, alienation etc.) which are deadly to humanity. 1/4 of the world's population consumes 3/4 of the world's resources while the rest of the world must make do with barely enough to live.
So the antichrist energy is the tearing down energy of God. The christ energy is the building energy.

Thank you sister Betsy,
While we may not agree with some points of your message, we agree that what you describe is indeed an active part of many people's beliefs, beliefs we must always do our best to respect even though we may seem to contradict them at times. This is something of a paradox, as we see it...
Our memories of the 'war in heaven' are considerably different from popular beliefs. However, our memories bear upon the matters we are trying to introduce when we discuss 'second coming' myths and beliefs.
To put this in somewhat biblical terms, events followed this outline:
God creates everything, including humans, and asks His Angels to serve Mankind faithfully as if each Human were God Himself.
All the Angels already love God and Humanity. They are eager to serve God by serving Humanity.
However, God has given Humans free will; this means that some humans may harm themselves or other humans, either inadvertently, or intentionally.
Some Angels do not want to participate in anything that will cause harm to the humans they serve or to any other humans. These Angels rebel against God and occupy Heaven, where they will serve humanity, but they will only serve good human acts and intentions.
Those Angels who do not rebel serve God's complete intent by serving those intentions of humans which may bring harm to themselves or to others. These Angels take up residence in Hell, as Hell is a very convenient location, easily accessible from all places on Earth.
In Hell the Angels act as guides when they are not occupied with assisting humans to harm themselves or others. They only assist in the manifestation of human acts which might be considered evil to follow God's will that they serve Humans in all things.
For more information on how we see these matters from another point of view please see our article 'Hell in a Nutshell'.
You might conclude that we are the nut in this nutshell, we don't mind. We are sincere in our beliefs. Everything we describe is a product of our personal mystical experiences.
We do not say we know the truth, we only say we know this story differently.
We present this story to you because from our points of view there is no war between good and evil.
The war is for Enlightenment.
All enlightenment begins with self enlightenment.
Self enlightenment requires us to dig past the cultural myths we adopt to define ourselves in relationship to ourselves, to others, and to God.
Self enlightenment requires us to learn to love unconditionally, and to apply our unconditional love universally.
Please do not feel offense at any of our words, we know we risk raising the defense mechanisms of many people's cultural auto-immune systems and that many people will consider us to be a threat because we may appear to challenge their chosen beliefs.
We believe that Enlightenment means respecting all people's beliefs and their rights to hold them. We do not want to diminish you or anything you value, particularly your personal relationships with God, Goddess, etc...
We have practiced or studied many different religions, including Hindu and Bhuddist traditions. We are most familiar with the Abrahamic traditions, Judaism, Islam, Christianity, and Satanism. We suppose we might be most closely aligned with Lucifarianism, which some may sometimes mistake for Satanism.
We do advocate for the Devil. However, we maintain that the Devil is not evil. All perception of evil is a reflection of the evil in the hearts of those who see evil in the Devil.
Strip away all of our psychological projections of our own evil and what remains is Christ.
At least, that's how we have directly experienced the matter.
We know our beliefs may be potentially offensive to some people, however, we feel it is important to disarm belief systems that are driving people to prepare for a war between light and darkness in the personifications of Christ and an anti-christ.
(Note: Anti-christ literally means 'One who precedes Christ'. This is the original Greek meaning. It does not mean one who is antagonistic to Christ, nor does it mean one who is the opposite of Christ. Those meanings are errors, cultural confusions leading to misperceptions and misinstructions.)
The myths of the End Days seem to be deliberately manipulated in the mass media to encourage people to place themselves in jeopardy, to possibly be killed, or to kill others.
We hope to prevent as much loss of human life as possible, and to prevent much more human suffering as well.
The bottom line, as we see it, is that someone will be elected to represent the anti-christ, possibly many people will be elected.
Whoever is elected will most likely not be evil, in our opinions.
As we individually shed the scales from our eyes individually, and collectively, our awakening enlightenment will reveal Christ who emerges from beneath the veils of our self-deceptions and helps us all learn to heal ourselves so that we may all join together to save our world and all who dwell here.
We believe we serve God faithfully, that we live for World Peace.
We know that what might be called Heaven on Earth is possible in our lifetimes.
We can still achieve inter-faith cooperation, global unification, peace, liberty, justice, security, and abundance for all people, with no one left behind.
World Peace Now, Ask Us How!

Dear Graham,
Do you think that the "forces and beliefs that deny the existence or the relevance of the one supreme God" although causing pain and worry to the religious, may actually be useful in redefining God? Some say that (although atheism is less defensible than agnosticism (holding that there is no God as opposed to holding that there is no way to know whether there is a God or not and therefore the subject matter is not up for discussion...belief or disbelief)) atheists are really theists who have the need for a direct experience of God but who have yet to have that experience.

Dear Betsy,
I believe the "anti-christ" is a metaphor for those forces and beliefs that deny the existence or the relevance of the one supreme God of all humanity. In other words, it is everything that draws humanity away from that one supreme God. It can be expressed in terms of our idle facies and imaginations that we create in place of God, the man-made "idols" in their various forms. In this modern age it is represented by the forces of disbelief, to be found in the many and various substitute "gods" such as materialism, consumerism, secularism, marxism, racism, athiesm, etc etc. These are the forces of the self and self-centredness that dictate that we do not need to rely on the one supreme God and to place our trust in that God. In the extreme it claims that we do not even have to believe in that one supreme God, that such a God is itself a product of people's own imagination. When belief reaches to that extreme we can say that the anti-christ is present.

An interesting "requirement" to the emergence of another Teacher for humanity is that of the more fundamentalist churches of Christians, the requirement that before the return of Christ, there must be the coming of the antichrist, who will, in their opinions, seek to mislead people into following "him" with promises of peace but who will really be Satan incarnate. There will no doubt be various enhancements of this inadequate statement, but the essence will be the same.
In the tradition called the "Ageless Wisdom Teachings", which may be easily researched in the material posted at share-international.org, the material in the Bible describing the antichrist refers to the time of Nero. The antichrist force is the destructive aspect of God, which is released from time to time to break down the old order and therefore make way for a new dispensation or order. This force was released through Nero at the end of Roman times in order to make way for Christendom and the Teacher for that new age, the Age of Pisces (the constellation symbolized by the fish...used to symbolize Christianity in the iconography of the time), Jesus the Christ. 2000 or so years later, at
the beginning of this new Age of Aquarius (the constellation symbolized by the "Water Carrier") this antichrist force was released and worked through Hitler and the Axis Powers, in Japan and a few militarists in Italy, in WWII. It was at the end of that war, in June 1945, that Maitreya announced that He was returning to the world to teach the principles upon which humanity will build a new civilization based upon the Brotherhood of Man.
So the antichrist has come and gone, defeated by the Allies in WWII. The Forces of Evil (which are the forces of materiality) on this planet have been defeated...not destroyed, but defeated. There is a very complete discussion of this in Benjamin Creme's book: "The Reappearance of The Christ, and The Masters of Wisdom", beginning on page 101.

We would definitely agree God is a constant presense speaking to us at all times through all things, even empty space is only empty to our perceptions, but perhaps not to God's.
When we open our hearts and minds by learning to mediate the or defensive and aggressive reactions of our cultural auto-immune defense mechanisms we can hear all of creation speaking the language of God reflecting God's presence in all.
Dear brother Arlan,
We may need to reread your post it seems out of context to this discussion, May we ask how it ties in to the topic 'Has God anything more to say to us?' We seem to have missed the connection.
Dear sister Betsy,
We are not familiar with the Ancient Wisdom Teachings, so we really can't say with any precision, however, this seems suspect to us because it seems to rely on duality when it describes antichrist as God's destructive force.
As nearly as we can tell, there is no destructive force, albeit we understand why there appears to be a destructive force.
The explanation for this is lengthy so we think we should write an article to explain.
To try and be brief, all things exist in an eternal state, nothing is ever destroyed, everything is conserved. It is only our cognitive habits of framing all events in linear time sequences which creates an illusion of destruction. If we go back in time, that which we thought was destroyed continues to exist.
In Hinduism we believe Shiva or Kali may personify the destructive aspects of the Divine, but we are pretty sure all they do is destroy our illusions, one of which is the illusion of time.
People all learn duality paradigms as part of their cogntive development, but there is something beyond duality, plurality.
Duality paradigms are reductive, they reduce things to either-or, black or white.
With duality paradigms something either is or it is not.
Plurality paradigms are inclusive, they add things together, so this and this and this also. Rainbows and grayscales abound, not simple black or white. All things may coexist within plurality paradigms, even things which may ordinarily seem to be mutually exclusive.
Plurality and paradoxes get along well together.
Duality always tries to resolve a paradox to one state, any competing potentials may be lost. Plurality accepts the indeterminate states of all paradoxes and all of their possibly mutually exclusive results, nothing is lost.
How we are aware of God is limited by our operative paradigms, the more inclusive our pardigms, the more likely we are to experience God in all things, even the hearts of people who might believe they are our foes.
We may need to migrate more of our paradigms from duality to plurality if we wish to hear God speak to us more clearly.
God is always speaking to us; however, if we listen with our fear then we may miss His Love.

We have examined your Youtube video Judgement. We think we understand part of this message, but you may have left a lot out. We would enjoy discussing your views on Judgment Day or the End Times, however, this particular discussion by Betsy may not be an appropriate venue. If you would please start a new discussion to discuss the prophesies of the final days we would be happy to join your new discussion.
Thank you.
Perhaps you will enjoy our new videos we posted last night. We lack some of your skills with creating video presentations; also, we cannot seem to find adequate freeware for cutting, splicing, or inserting graphic elements.
What we offer in this series of videos is a message to the world telling how we survive the crises ahead. This message appears to be from our descendants in the year 2092, but then, are not all mesages ultimately God speaking to us all?
You may view the introduction to our series Our Future History - How the Earth Made Peace here.
Enjoy!

Perhaps there is a distinction between the plurality of God in the eternal state, as you say, and the bipolarity of God's energies of destruction and construction as relates to the world of men and women, in time, and within that public consensus which we call history (although that consensus is breaking down now). When we ask if God has anything more to say to us, to humanity, in time (I agree with your definition of time), there is then "room" for the duality paradigm in the sense of God and humanity. We are talking about the possibility and the context within which God might send a Teacher to reveal new aspects of God, new truths about life...death...spiritual evolution...and all of this within the context of human time...because that is where humanity operates at the moment...in time. Therefore, I do agree with your fine analysis and presentation of human awareness, the plurality of God, and that the destructive aspect of God destroys only our illusions. But while we are speaking in and to groups of human beings on this serious subject of antichrist...and the importance placed by some groups upon the time line of the return of a Teacher, perhaps this duality may be a tool for understanding.

Duality has always been a tool for assiting our understanding. We see duality as being like a rung in the ladder of our cogntive evolution, with plurality a little higher up.
When we talk of a teacher who may appear to guide us we get anxious at times because we think the urgency of our situations require more immediate action than waiting.
In lieu of waiting for the teacher we anticipate we must each strive to exemplify our forthcoming teacher in ourselves to the very best of our abilities and listen closely to each other's wisdom.
We find oursevles wholly committed to world peace, we know we can all achieve world peace in our lifetimes.
We, ourselves, are here in this incarnation specifically to teach peace.
We hope you will check out our story titled How the Earth Made Peace.
Enjoy!

Permalink Reply by Mystic Tourist on March 15, 2011 at 5:00pm Plurality allows that experience has value. Without it there is only emptiness. It is shared experience that is experience.
As for the Antichrist, we are that person as much as we are not. It is a simple matter of choice. As for a new teacher we are all that person as well and once again it is as simple as choice. Will there be one who stands out as significant? When we consider our history we can only conclude that it will be that way. The human condition has always been that way. There is never reason to wait for this one or that as these gifts belong to each of us.
The Antichrist and the last days, these are prophecies that need not come to pass. We can see the propensity for them in our long history. As long as any of us think we are right we will live with wrong as the one does not exist without the other. The only defeat for this is to find peace within ourself and bring that into our community.
