The general "code of conduct" when it comes to morals (personal) and ethics (impersonal) is all to do with the Golden Rule of Life - "Treat others as you would have them treat you." As well as this, general kindness should also be the status quoe. These two principles of conduct should be the true foundation (generally speaking) for all morals and ethics in human life and interaction. If we did this, above all else, things would be so much better and harmonious for all.
Avyaktha Pranamagalu,
Life education or the moral education is our request instead of business education of the world. I personally benefited jain religion teachings in SIDDAVANA GURUKULA ujire under Dharmasthala trust to the extent of half an hour per day about four years and also teachings of BHAGAVADGITHE daily half an hour both by Late Jinaraja Shasthri. Rain fall may be the lowest or heavy - it helps to agriculture depending upon the place and circumstances.
In this respect one can start moral education federation or the such federation suits to the circumstances. Moral teaching or the moral worlds helps us in our very very critical days of life.
One can live without education but not without moral teaching or education
Permalink Reply by Mystic Tourist on December 3, 2011 at 10:33am I do think that it is important to teach of morals in school as well as in all other daily activities. The moral person does this by the fact of being moral. In the school environment, as well as in daily life, it is important to recognize that moral values do not impose themselves. These values present themselves in the way of example. They serve to nurture and support and are never a threat.
I think it is easy to confuse moral values with dogmatic right and wrong and that can be troubling, especially in an educational environment. We can look to nurture the subtle value of morality in our life and be confidant of its presence by action and example, that it has a life and an influence due to our association with it.
dear soul ,
thnks every one for your opinion , yes we discuss more serious in this matter

PS: The teachings of human ethics (as well as basic essential principles as kindness, respect and compassion, and other such virtues as these) should be an absolute/mandatory curriculum in our schools education system (both public and private) across the board from Year 7 onwards.

Permalink Reply by Chanchal Taneja on December 5, 2011 at 8:39am The best waty to do good to the society is to introduce meditation period in all the schools around the world and teach chirldren to thank God for the very breath going in and all the activities being performed by this creation and dwell in them Love for the Lord letting them meditate on any favourite form of thier Lord putting religions and boundaries in the Dustbins.
As for moral studies is concerned it becomes the most boring part for the children but moral character would automatically develop when they meditate and would be gr8 if short stories from all religious books compiled into one book and brought into schools to help them Love God as one not God for Hindus Muslims,Christians,.....................but One God One Love
Permalink Reply by Mystic Tourist on December 5, 2011 at 10:49am I think religious studies should be part of everyone's education as a topic that is broad-based and all-inclusive. The impact and importance of religion gives it this place of importance. Thank you for bringing this up.

In my opinion Moral teaching is very important especially in the formative years of children...when the children are innocent and still open to be moulded ....It gives them an idea of how to differentiate between the rights and wrongs and to listen to the voice of their conscience.. as they grow older and mature they learn to think more independently and are free to make their choices.
Permalink Reply by Chanchal Taneja on December 7, 2011 at 10:37am Every person is guided form within what is morally right and wrong but in todays world we have become deaf to this God within guiding us and go by the outer notions of wat is right and wrong but when you start meditating regularly this voice starts becoming so loud that it will gradully get you out of the smut of the morally wrong doing and free you one day. It can't be taugt but.............................
Permalink Reply by Sai Santosh Kumar Kolluru on December 8, 2011 at 3:41pm I would say refer to 1) Rabindranath Tagore's Santiniketan concept of school and 2) Paramahamsa Yogananda's school in Kanchi as he refers to in his book Autobiography of a Yogi. Proper education with techniques of Yoga and Meditation can bring self-control to the Human Mind, Body, and elevate consciousness within the human being. These can properly be nurtured at a young age in a setting like Santinikentan. Giving it a 'Moral' title is what I would stay away from, material understanding (formal education) with spiritual nurturing is what needs in todays world. And people by Spiritual I don't mean memorizing Holy books and developing fundamental beings. I am talking about teaching one yoga techniques, meditation techniques, open-air school where students learn to breath and be one with nature, understand the world materially and holistically in the process they are discovering themselves.
I shall see to open such a school in my life time.
dharmabandhu,
