Helping others to L.O.V.E. It Forward is also part of the mission of Pass ing It Forward (PIF).  Online volunteer mentors will help their mentees Learn their purpose, Organize their passion, Volunteer their gift and Engage their heart.   The PIF mentor will help and inspire their mentee to put an innovative plan into action, founded upon their unique gifts and talents, by assisting them in creating a free website to promote their concept.  In just 30 minutes online with a mentor, the mentee is helped, inspired, and even trained to be a mentor themselves, so that they can join the movement to "Pass It Forward" as well.

PIF Mentors only  guide others within their own particular talent or interest.  Additionally, a mentor assists their mentee by networking and with introductions to like-minded individuals.  Presently, mentors are supporting others online all over the world.

New, positive approaches to leading a happier life can be taught in just 12 seconds.  The one page book, "The Twelve Second Solution is so simple it needs only a single page according to Berglas.

Dear brother Arlan,

We like how you describe the Pass L.O.V.E Forward acronym, it reminds us of our own techniques for helping people who seek spiritual guidance.

'Learn their purpose' may be the most critical part.

We may always strive to listen to those we mentor, to understand what they want to do entirely from the points of view of their own hearts and minds.  We must always struggle to remain completely neutral, to listen without directing at this stage.  We believe each person's unique world views must be respected, and that ach person must fullfill the dictates of their own hearts and minds first.

Whenever there is conflict in the individual it will lead them to cross-purposes that may cause them to hurt themselves or others.  Listening to what is truest to themselves in another person's heart and mind is then paramount to understanding their purpose and supporting it.

We believe we should never impose our own personal or culutral imperatives when we listen.

Alas, when we listen with the intention to understand, we must often engage in dialogue in order to clear up the intent of the words spoken by the person we are listening to.

We always risk contaminating their ideas with our own ideas in any dialogue, particualrly in a mentor-mentee relationship where there is too often a presumption that the mentor is always wiser.

We also risk mutually engaging with our respective cultural, cognitive, and emotional defense mechanisms once we begin any dialogue.

If your mentorship programs follow these ideals, then we see much hope for the results.

Thank you.

Hi brother Arlan,

Our skype ID appears to be greg.gourdian

We've not used this account in some time, nor do we keep skype open by default, if there is a time that would be good for you to call us, we can activate our skype then, that way we won't call you at some inconvenient time.

Our hours of physical activity are chaotic, we can be pretty flexible about what hours we make ourselves available, or at what time it might be most convenient for us to call you.

We would enjoy experiencing your mentoring process, as it sounds familiar in intent to some of our own work.

Namaste
