Every day we may now hear a sohbet (heart association) from a true one at saltanat.org. Of course this is my own assertion backed by direct
experience - judge for yourself. Which leads to the question open for
discussion, do you believe there are holy people truly connected to heavenly
stations who are different from clergy with self imposed or organizational titles?

I do indeed. It is possible now, in the Christian tradition, to gain mainstream university qualifications as a Spiritual Director. For myself, I don't want such a Spiritual Director. I want a person who lives and breathes and experiences the One at the deepest levels and is able to relate that to our earthly journey.
