how we build up peace activity?

Right now at my school we have a student group dedicated to social justice. We have committees that seek to educate and equip students regard issues like the environment, AIDS, political prisoners, human trafficking, and education. Our first meeting drew over 90 students which was very exciting. It definitely helps to have one united group rather than many small groups working independent of each other

On my secular campus, Social Justice is still a big theme as well. Through social justice easy to see the good value that many of have in common to want to help and serve those less fortunate than us. My peers and I experience the satisfaction volunteering, loving, and serving others as well as discussing social justice issues to open our minds to issues we often ignore such as race, class, or gender. Sharing the experience of serving can be as moving as worshiping together because to me service is a form of praying. I have experienced that it is often necessary that we take baby steps in learning to accept and love those that hold differing beliefs and participating in social justice activities with one another is an effective way to start that journey. At least we can all agree that we are all here to serve the greater good, whatever that may be.
