One issue we may look at is ecology and religion. Yale University focuses on this issue and has some great information on their website www.yale.edu/religionandecology

Some websites which focus on climate change are www.climatechangeinaustralia.gov.au and www.bom.gov.au/climate/change and www.wmo.int/pages/index_en.html These websites are the Australian Bureau of Meteorology and World Metrological Organisation. Some of their reports are worrying. I have attached a couple.

I'm very interested in this issue myself. I've now given several talks about the Jewish views on ecology as part of interfaith contexts. One was the Faith Ecology Network (FEN) and another was for Waverley council. I consider ecology as a wonderful bridge between different religious communities as we all share Mother Earth.

I just had a look at the Yale site and watched their you tube video. Very inspiring! So I ordered the DVD: RENEWAL: Stories from America’s Religious-Environmental Movement. Perhaps when it arrives we could watch this together as part of a meeting?
