Local Religious Community / Interfaith Affiliation:
The EarthSpirit Community
I have come to PeaceNext looking for:
networking, interreligious advocacy, interreligious exploration, intrareligious reflection, friendship
I am inspired by:
the profound sense of spirituality, openness, collaboration and celebration of diversity that I've experienced at every single Parliament of the World's Religions in which I've participated.
My favorite spiritual places:
The forest surrounding my home
The Stones of Calanais, Isle of Lewis, Scotland
Fisterra (Costa da Morte), Galiza, Spain
Anboto, Euskal Herria, Spain
Sidh Chailleann (Schiehallion), Perth & Kinross, Scotland
Interreligious causes I care about:
Pluralism, eradicating prejudice, survival of Indigenous traditions
Changes I am working toward in my community:
Greater sense of cohesion, more awareness of issues facing us
About Me:
I am spiritual director of the EarthSpirit Community, and also a member of the Parliament's Board of Trustees. The greater part of my work involves teaching and lecturing about the Indigenous pagan spiritual traditions of Europe. I live with my extended family on a small farm in the Berkshire hills of western Massachusetts, USA.

Andras - Retiring from one's life, although common, is tragic! I say bring it on! As for me, I have been very involved in using strategic planning to help non profits grow more effectively. I am actually just about to start a strategic planning process with The Chicago Pagan Fellowship, which I am really excited about! Funny where our paths take us. I am teaching a consulting skills class at Northwestern and consulting on building a museum and a couple theaters. As always, a marathon at a sprint pace! Did I hear you will be in my neck of the woods soon? I would love to take you out for coffee and hear about everything you are up to! I am in Evanston, I will send you a number to reach me just in case you can fit it into your schedule! So nice to connect with you again!
