I have come to PeaceNext looking for:
networking, interreligious exploration, friendship
I am inspired by:
The way my parents told me about how to be a christ. Books and films about religions and cultures. The friendship with people from all over the world.
And very much from the experience at the PWR 09 in Melbourne.
My favorite spiritual places:
Everywhere in the nature, in churches and rooms where people come together to talk, sing and work for the world
Interreligious causes I care about:
with building a special place for people from all religions in our community
Changes I am working toward in my community:
to bring people from all over the world together
About Me:
I am an librarian and very interested in diversity of cultures and faith.
I want to share a story from an Austrian author about the question "who created everything" with you. Read it in 33 languages on http://www.kleine-eule.net
On http://www.bildung-frieden.net you will find a concept for building places to pray and meet for people from all religions with stones from all over the world.

The group in our place shows one film every two weeks, since 25 years. Especially with one film "We feed the world" about the bad practices of growing food and chicken we had very good success. With this I learned, that great problems need a great screen too. Than they touch the mind and the hearts deeper.

Greetings and good luck to you
Elisabeth

Thank you Elisabeth, for your message. We both are interested in film as a vehicle for education and enlightenment! We are going into our 6th year of the festival. You give me hope as your work has been ongoing for many more years! Thanks.
