I leave Monday at 11:30 am and then have a layover of six hours in San Fran. Not sure how I managed that or why but I have a friend coming to rescue me for a few hours at least. I arrive in Melbourne at 11:30 am on the 2nd of Dec. I am having trouble getting in contact with my homestay so am hopeful I have a place to stay when I get there. How's the weather?? HOT?
I am trying to decide how to pack exactly. A light jacket or sweater should suffice??

I have participated in the Parliament movement since 1990, when I joined the Council for a Parliament of the World's Religions. My husband and I live in Portland OR, USA, in a region known for its awe-inspiring beauty and spiritual power. We live in an intentional community, where we are challenged every day ato stay open to the different perspectives of others, locally, regionally and globally--in the choices and decisions of every-day living.

I love to knit soft and warm things that carry love and blessings to people who wear them, and I have a wonderful "lap cat" named Lola.
