Relationships: How to live out one’s faith

This past December, I attended an “orphan party” for those who have no family to spend it with. It began Christmas Eve and lasted until the following morning, with about eleven people hosted by an inspiring woman, Tannalee. For most of the past twenty-four-years, I have gone with my oldest friend to his family’s home, since my mother, who is my only family, does not celebrate holidays because of her religion. Both of these things reminded me of how true a saying that I often repeat is:…See More

Long story:

I am the Communications Intern for the North American Interfaith Network (NAIN), a non-profit association of Interfaith organizations and agencies in Canada, Mexico & the U.S. that began in 1988 (www.facebook.com/NAINConnect & www.nain.org).

I am a Contributing Scholar to State of Formation, founded by The Journal of Inter-Religious Dialogue, run in partnership with Hebrew College and Andover Newton Theological School in collaboration with the Council for a Parliament of the World's Religions (www.StateofFormation.org).

I am a Graduate student currently pursuing an M.A. in Interreligious Studies in the first incoming class at Claremont Lincoln University, the world’s first interreligious theological graduate university, in its member school, Claremont School of Theology (www.ClaremontLincoln.org).

I have been a Board Member of the Academy of Judaic, Islamic and Christian Studies since 2008 and continue to have close interaction with my fellow Board members, including Dr. Muzammil Siddiqi, Rabbi Elliot Dorff, Dr. George Grose, Dr. Reinhard Krauss, and Dr. S. Scott Bartchy..
