About Me:

I have 15 years of combined experience in community service, research, skills training, journalism, teaching, policy analysis and consulting. My experience includes a wide spectrum of engagement with policy issues from sociopolitical aspects of human capacity development to research in social sciences, human rights and inter-faith affairs.
I am a vegetarian, Sanskrit speaking Hindu born to a Brahmin family who rejects Brahminism as a social practice. I am against untouchability and the oppressive caste system. I strongly believe in an interfaith dialogue and would like to contribute in future. I am trained in the Bhakti tradition of Vaishnavite Hinduism. I have received in house training in the philosophical tenets of the Gita, the Bhagavat, Puranas, Darshana, Upanishads and the Vedas.

I speak Odia, Hindi, English and now learning Urdu.
