- About Me:
- I live in Queensland Australia, in lush sub-tropical surroundings. Birdsong wakes me up in the morning, reminds me how very fortunate I am to live in such a beautiful part of the world. I see myself as a caretaker of this place, try to tread lightly on our precious earth by living a 'green' focused, holistic inspired lifestyle. I have a BA Hons. in Asian cultures and societies, love learning about all people and places, cultures and traditions. I am currenlty writing a memoir about my time living in a Himalayan refugee community while I researched the roles of Tibetan women. Daily meditation, reflection and affirmation nourishes my soul, brings me peace, makes me a better person and clarifies my life purpose.

From the beginning of existence, the universe and our planet, untouched, has evolved throughout time in a natural state of Being, manifesting, existing and operating in interconnected harmony; from our eco systems, to the universal pull that aligns the planets, moves the tides, the sun and moon and turns the seasons, to tiny seeds drawing strength and sustenance from the elements, growing into trees, oxygenating the planet.
