Mount Abu, my Temple of inner peace, Jamaica's Hope Gardens, Nuneham Courtnay's Brahma Kumaris Center for Peace in Oxford England and quiet reflection where ever I am in the world.

I am a public relations specialist, business administrator and public speaker with competencies in Public Relations, Health and Wellness Tourism and Management. Our wellness network is supported by LatinCaribe Wellness Network in Panama.

My company is PanaCarib (www.panacarib.com) based in Panama with a Division in Jamaica, West Indies. We own manage and host over 200 websites.
