Dharma, The Mystery, Perennial Wisdom, Universal knowledge that comes from our shared Humanity. Forgiveness. An Open Heart.

My favorite spiritual places:

Bodh Gaya, India, where Buddha achieved enlightenment. The caves of Tso Pema, India, where meditators reside for decades. Anyplace where there is solitude and silence in Nature: the Oceans, Mountains, Forests and Deserts.

Interreligious causes I care about:

Meditation, Contemplation and Reflection. Mysticism. Dialogue. Conflict Resolution, Communication and Reconciliation.

Changes I am working toward in my community:

Being more compassionate and respectful with those I interact with daily.
