In every session there are always new participants other than Jakartans coming to take the advantage of the program. They are from other places in Indonesia where, besides benefiting free meditation exercise, they take Neo-Zen Reiki, a program which helps individual to access natural energy for self healing.
Heart to Heart Gathering With Anand Krishna
The heart to heart gathering was opened with sharing from new participants who attended the open house for the first time, then was Anand Krishna’s turn. In his sharing, Anand Krishna re-confirmed that we do not have convert to another religion, because this conversion will only cause conflicts in the mind. We should all do is, dig up more seriously and more persistently. With his typical cheerfulness Anand Krishna shared awareness, inspiration, and passion with all the people who were present. Joy filled the room that the participants who attended laughed and enjoyed the fun with Anand Krishna at Anand Ashram (affiliated with the United Nations).
Anand added that the joy felt by the participants at this moment would be beneficial to their health, but it must be maintained by practicing meditation routinely.
