Christmas newsletter! We are living conscious stardust, 4 billion years of connected molecules.

The universe is a pure gift of promise and possibilities and is driven by energy which is continually transforming, moving, unstable and unpredictable. Try and imagine humanity along these lines; full of promise and possibilities without control. Human energy is self-organizing in an open ended future and knows its highest bliss when we creatively harmonize with universal energy.

Creation does not actually need us. The planet is teaming with life, just look around. Are you surrounded by what humankind has created?  Take a walk in the woods this season, to reconnect with the wonder of what humankind did not create. Religionists have focused on human reality and behavior at the loss of true eternity. For the past 5,000 years our minds have seduced us into thinking and believing we are important. The planet is not an object to be exploited but rather a living being inviting dialogue and participation. Think of the earth as being alive around you and you will feel alive as well.

we are star dust and we are here, perhaps we see ourselves as just more matter in the universe, but look again, we are thinking, emotional, even metaphysical mind and yes we may ruin it and become extinct but oh what fun it has been.

Mary Jane, you said "Creation does not actually need us." Actually, much of Nature would be better off without us. The Earth thrived for 13 billion years before homo sapiens arrived. Modern humans date back only 40,000 years. It might be said that the decline of our planet began with the industrial revolution in the late 18th century.
