Anand, after refusing to be blackmailed, was charged with sexual misconduct. The courts have treated him with extreme prejudice. That and the absence of any real case against him have been proven in court. The prosecutor has recommended two and a half years in prison knowing full well that the only crimes committed in this case have been against Anand Krishna and the people of Indonesia.
