Intergalactic Rules for the Utopian Community of Earth

Intergalactic Rules for the

Utopian Community of Earth

Introduction

There is the story of a garden, lush with fruits of all kinds. There is harmony between all living things within the balance of life.yes""> There are green pastures of grass growing long and forests
with trees towering above all that moves along the surface of the Earth. Yet despite the compulsion of this
story, there are two versions: one
with human beings, and one without human beings.

The proceeding is a description of how human beings attain utopia on Earth. It is derived from the various stories and prophecies from the various religious traditions
of the Earth. It is all compiled
into an anthology that guides the reader to live a lifestyle that eventually
leads to and contributes to an actual and aggregate utopia on Earth. This anthology provides a general
description of the circumstances surrounding this utopia as well as details and
rules which generally govern the behaviour of individuals and communities
within the utopia.

Rather than a hopeful projection of what could be, this is a utopia that is created within this lifetime.yes""> It requires a significant amount of cooperation, enlightenment, and discipline on the part of individuals and communities of
Earth. This cooperation, enlightenment,
and discipline are characteristics that are established through years of
intentional labour. There are
practices and institutions that are established before this utopia is formed. There are parameters and norms that are
achieved before this utopia is formed.
There is a gradual process of progression that is maintained before the
actual elements of the utopia are achieved.

Political Collectives

One of the primary elements that is established is the formation of a singular government that guides the behaviour of all individuals on Earth. However, rather than a
conventional form of government, this international government guides the
people’s behaviour without the coercion of a military or police force. The international government is sustained
through taxation but it amasses an international civil service that provides
the necessary functions of the international community. The leadership of this international
government is passive and simply responds to the emerging needs of the
international community.

To govern effectively, the international government must realise that various people and groups within the international community require different forms of governance to guide the respective lifestyles of
these people and groups. To better
perceive these necessary differences, there emerges a manner in which to
perceive these different people and groups.yes""> As such, there emerges the designation of three distinct and
mutually exclusive political collectives:
agricultural collectives, industrial collectives, and interplanetary
collectives.

Agricultural collectives are defined as those groups of people who maintain an immediate association with and dependence upon the natural environment that respectively surrounds such collectives; this classification includes indigenous
tribal people, traditionally nomadic people, and rural agriculturalists. Agricultural collectives are
intentionally removed from technological advancements and the developmental
pursuits of industrial collectives.
Instead, agricultural collectives are committed to the integrity of the
respective, immediate natural environment of such collectives. There is an absence of intent to
migrate away from such respective, immediate natural environments. The people living within agricultural
collectives abstain from cosmopolitan ideologies and from interaction with the
international community. The
respective groups within agricultural collectives select representatives to
interact with the industrial collectives of Earth.yes""> The pursuits of people within agricultural collectives are
comparatively simple and limited to the respective, immediate natural
environment of such collectives.
The respective habitats of agricultural collectives are preserved like
national parks. People from industrial
collectives and interplanetarial collectives are guided to abstain from
interfering with the habitat and people from agricultural collectives.

Industrial collectives are defined as those groups of people who maintain an immediate association with and dependence upon the technological developments, and the subsequent physical infrastructure that
have emerged within, the global civilisation of Earth; this classification of collective
includes urbanites, suburbanites, and rural industrialists. People within industrial collectives
maintain a cosmopolitan ideology and respectively identify with being
international citizens. The
respective people of industrial collectives respectively originate from different
racial, ethnic, cultural, lingual, and religious backgrounds. However, the common denominator of
people within industrial collectives is an ultimate awareness of, and thus
belonging to, each other. People
within industrial collectives have progressed beyond the historic strife that
has existed between the respective groups to form a mutual understanding and a
common reliance upon each other.
While the respective differences between these groups remain, there
emerges a hierarching identity of common unity that precludes and prevents the
respective groups from delving into conflict along such respective
differences. This common unity is
historically established through the guidance of the international government
and an intensive and comprehensive educational curriculum that teaches and
reinforces the respective racial, ethnic, cultural, lingual, and religious
identities of the respective groups of people within the aggregate of
industrial collectives. Industrial
collectives are responsible for the aggregate activity of the various people of
Earth; the industrial collectives are responsible for the emergence of the
international government and the emergence of the international civil
service.

Interplanetarial collectives are defined as those societies of people who maintain an immediate association with and dependence upon advanced technological developments beyond the conventional mainstream of
industrial collectives yet within the global civilisation of Earth; this classification of collective includes
individuals contemporarily trained within the space and technology industry and
are located within the conventional industrial collectives of urbanites,
suburbanites, and rural industrialists, as well as autonomous locations of
concentrated interplanetarialists.
Interplanetarial collectives are primarily concerned with intergalactic
travel and habitation.
Interplanetarial collectives are interested in eventually living beyond
the hemisphere of Earth but are intermediately situated on Earth because of the
infancy of the necessary technological advancements.yes""> People within interplanetarial collectives respectively
maintain a cosmopolitan ideology and an identity as international citizen. However, people within interplanetarial
collectives maintain a further reaching identity and consciousness as
respective intergalactic citizens.
This includes an immediate and practical awareness of being connected to
the outer reaches of the galaxy of the Sun and the many galaxies of the
Universe. As the international
government is established, interplanetarial collectives become more
pronounced. Many people of the
interplanetarial collectives reside within the urban, suburban, or industrially
rural areas of industrial collectives.
These people of interplanetarial collectives abide by the guidance
provided by industrial collectives with the intention of eventually relocating
into specifically interplanterial collective areas on Earth or intergalactic
settlements beyond the atmosphere of Earth.yes""> People within interplanetarial collectives maintain very
minimal interaction with people from respective agricultural collectives. However, in the initial stages, people
within interplanetarial collectives may maintain substantial interaction with
people from industrial collectives.
This interaction is substantially facilitated through the mutual
understanding and common identity of being international citizens of
Earth. As more people within
interplanetarial collectives relocate beyond the atmosphere of Earth, the
distinction between people of interplanetarial collectives and people of
industrial collectives becomes more pronounced.

The emergence of the acknowledgment of these three collectives effectively alleviates the previous perception that all people have existed within industrial collectives.
Through the enhanced perception, the interests and integrity of
agricultural collectives are protected and the ambitions of interplanetary
collectives are nurtured.
Industrial collectives maintain the inheritance of Earth but with an
enlightened agenda.

Areas of Civilisation

With the emergence of an international government there coincides the emergence of an international curriculum to raise the respective children of industrial collectives as international citizens. This curriculum teaches and reinforces
the respective racial, ethnic, cultural, lingual, and religious identities of
the respective people of Earth. To
facilitate the distinction between these identities, the Earth is designated
within five distinct, historic areas of civilisation: Mediterranea, Africa, Asia,
Europe, and Tainoterranea.

Mediterranea is defined as the collective territory of land contemporarily occupied by the nations of Portugal, Spain, Italy, Vatican City, San Marino, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iran,
Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Yemen,
Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria,
Morocco, and Western Sahara.

Africa is defined as the collective territory of land contemporarily occupied by the nations situated
immediately South of Mediterranea appropriately through the confluence of the
Atlantic and Indian Oceans.

Asia is defined as the collective territory of land contemporarily occupied by the nations situated
immediately East of Mediterranea from the Caspian Sea appropriately through the
Pacific Ocean.

Europe is defined as the collective territory of land contemporarily occupied by the nations situated
immediately North of Mediterranea appropriately through the confluence of the
Atlantic Ocean and the Norwegian Sea.

Taínoterranea is defined as the collective territory of land contemporarily occupied by the nations
situated West of Mediterranea appropriately between the Atlantic and Pacific
Oceans.

The Arctic and Antarctica are defined as autonomous areas, respectively.

Within the singular, international curriculum of education, the history of races, ethnicities,
cultures, languages, and religions are defined within the context of these five
areas of civilisation.

Religious Collectives

It is appropriate to acknowledge the existence of another form of collective that simultaneously exists along with political collectives.
Religion is a predominant manner in which individuals respectively establish
an identity and an understanding of God, self, and the Universe. With the emergence of international
citizenship and the international government, there emerge three distinct forms
of religious identity: indigenous
people, chosen people, and Monks and Nuns.

Indigenous People: These are groups of people that respectively maintain autonomous systems of belief predicated upon a direct connexion with an
immediate location and environment and the experience therein. Indigenous people are substantially
excluded from international interaction and international trade and the
establishment of international citizenship.yes""> Indigenous people maintain the interest of remaining within
the respective land of such people, abstaining from migrating elsewhere, and abstaining
from deriving direct benefit from international interaction and international
trade. These societies exclusively
exist as agricultural collectives.

Chosen People: These are groups of people that respectively perceive and proclaim the maintenance of a comparatively exclusive understanding and proximity to the
Truth. This describes the
aggregate of respective World religious traditions, including Judaism,
Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Sikhism, and the Baha’i as well as
many of the respective religious traditions throughout the World that directly
and intentionally maintain international citizenship and international
interaction and international trade.
The individuals within these groups predominantly live within industrial
collectives. Some of the
individuals within these groups also live within interplanetarial collectives,
yet interplanetarial collectives predominantly consist of Secularists, and
specifically of Scientists and the hierarchy therein.

Monks and Nuns: These are respectively men and women who formally renounce Worldly pursuits and maintain a lifestyle of celibacy.yes""> Monks and Nuns directly and intentionally maintain
international citizenship and international interaction and international
trade, although providing insight from beyond such temporal pursuits. Individuals within these groups
predominantly live within industrial collectives, yet some individuals within
these societies also live within interplanetarial collectives.

A Description of Utopia

Government

One of the primary characteristics of this post-modern utopia is that there is an absence of government. There is an absence of any military, there is an absence of any police force, and there is an absence of
weapons. There is an absence of
taxation. The international
government dissolves into an international network of independent and
cooperating civil servants.
Instead of politicians, there are civil servants. Civil servants respond to the needs of
respective communities throughout the World.yes""> Rather than utilising official political leaders, local
communities and the international community make decisions through general
consensus. There is open
immigration between nations, however, the indigenous people of a community
maintain a prerogative in making decisions pertaining that community.

Justice

Emphasis is placed upon restorative justice rather than retributive justice.yes""> There is an absence of jails and legal courts. There is an absence of criminals even when a crime has been committed.
Instead, transgressions committed by other people have been considered
like natural disasters.
Communities make efforts to prevent such harm from occurring and respond
to heal people when such harm has been committed.

Economics

There is an absence of money. Economic transactions are facilitated through the exchange of precious metals such as platinum, gold, and silver, as well as the actual bartering of products and services. There is a proficient balance between
products that are made through the assembly line and products that are
hand-crafted by artisans. There is
a distinction of material wealth held by people but these distinctions are
maintained without a division of socioeconomic classes or castes. All people are fed, clothed, and
housed. There is a four day work
week. All slaves and indentured servants
are free.

Transportation

There is an effective absence of cars. The only motorised vehicles on the streets are motorcycles, taxis, and trucks.yes""> Rental cars are available on the outskirts of suburban areas
for the specific utilisation of intercity travel.yes""> Walking is the most predominant form of transportation
followed by bicycling. There is a
proficient train infrastructure facilitating intracity and intercity
travel. Trams are available for
travel within urban and suburban areas.
There is also a considerable amount of air travel.

Education

Education is made available to all people unto the furthest reaches of university and postgraduate training. Education is designed to build people into international citizens.
Curriculum teaches and reinforces religious, racial, ethnic, lingual,
and cultural identities based upon the classification of the five historic
areas of civilisation. Comparative
religion education is included within this curriculum. There is a standard annual schedule
based upon an interFaith calendar and observances of respective religious holy
days.

Health Care

Sufficient health care is made available to all people. Emphasis is placed upon preventive measures of health and maintaining a healthy diet
with regular exercise. Vegetarianism
is practised by all people. There
is an absence of mental hospitals and insane asylums.yes""> There is an absence of forced medication. There is an absence of insurance
agencies as needs are met by community groups.

Environment

People grow more acclimated to the natural environment. As such, there is less reliance upon air conditioning and heating. There is a reduction in the amount of
cow pastures as the only cows that are domesticated are primarily utilised for
dairy purposes. All agriculture is
organic.
Within every 50 kilometer radius where people are inhabited,
there is a sufficient cultivation of agriculture to feed the population within
that radius. Plumbing systems are designed to compost fecal matter. Rural animals inhabit urban and
suburban areas. Water from lakes,
ponds, rivers, and streams is safe to drink.yes""> Salt water is widely converted into drinkable water. Recycling is practised by all people.

Domesticity

There is an absence of divorce. There is an absence of abortion. There is an absence of
adultery. Men and women maintain a
proficient level of humility. This
includes the maintenance of humble ambitions for men and humble dress for
women.

Intergalactic Issues

The international government settled the disputes regarding intergalactic travel and habitation. Upon the dissolution of the international government, there is the establishment of settlements beyond the
atmosphere of Earth. One of the
continuing dilemmas is resolving religious and interFaith questions as such
questions pertain to intergalactic travel and habitation.

Upon the dissolution of the international government, there is the emergence of conditions suitable for the realisation of the respective utopian teachings from each of the prominent
religious traditions of Earth. The
Messianic figures described from the respective religious traditions are each
derived from at least one tribe respectively from each of the five areas of
civilisation. There is also the
understanding that the whole of karma is realised within this lifetime.

Generations

Within the past half a century or so, many scholars and pundits provide terms to describe certain generations of society. These terms are applied to a specific collective of people, each of whom is born with the same general period of time
of about 25 – 30 years. These
generations are effectively identified with a specific, salient event or course
of events that occurs within the lifetime of that generation and that substantially
influences the circumstances of that generation, and thus the perceived,
general temporal characteristics, responsibilities, and purpose of that
respective generation. It may also
be considered that there are three waves, of approximately one decade each,
within each generation. For the purposes
of the post-modern utopia, we identify five specific generations:

The United Nations Generation

The United Nations Generation is the generation of adults who directly experience the effects of the economic depression and the second World war. With the guidance of
Faith, history, and elders, the United Nations Generation is responsible for
establishing the United Nations and facilitates the reconstruction and
decolonisation of World society after the second World war. At the time of the specific initiation
of the post-modern utopia, many individuals of the United Nations Generation
are already passed from this life.
In this respect, we dutifully listen to the words of those individuals
of the United Nations Generation who continue to share life with us; and we continue to heed the teachings
and examples that the entirety of the United Nations Generation provides to us.

The Baby Boomer Flower Child Generation

The Baby Boomer Flower Child Generation emerges approximately at the close of the second World war and at the commencement of the United Nations. Individuals of
the Baby Boomer Flower Child Generation are the direct children of the United
Nations Generation. Generally, the
Baby Boomer Flower Child Generation is raised within circumstances of increased
economic prosperity, educational provisions, and comfort. As the individuals of the Baby Boomer
Flower Child Generation reach the age of youthful adulthood, many become
increasingly cognisant of respective cultures and religious traditions from
throughout the World, and become increasingly intolerant of imperialistic
tendencies within industrialised nations.
Within the aggregate of the Baby Boomer Flower Child Generation, much of
this youthful proclamation beyond industrial imperialism subsides with the
pragmatism of adulthood, the advancements of technology, and the economic gains
provided by such pragmatism and technology.yes""> At the time of the specific initiation of the post-modern
utopia, the Baby Boomer Flower Child Generation occupies the predominant
positions and titles of conventional authority within the many respective
institutions (religious congregations, monarchies, governments, militaries,
commercial organisations, and additionally).yes""> Also during this time, a gradual transition of authority is
being made from the Baby Boomer Flower Child Generation to the X Generation
whilst many individuals of the Baby Boomer Flower Child Generation prepare for
retirement.

The X Generation

The individuals of the X Generation are the direct children of the Baby Boomer Flower Child Generation.yes""> The X Generation is born during the time of the awakening of consciousness of the Baby Boomer Flower Child Generation towards the respective
religions and cultures of the World.
This awakening of consciousness is also pragmatically accentuated
through the advancements of legal decisions and precedents that facilitate and
encourage interreligious, intercultural, interethnic, interracial,
international, interlingual, and intercaste understanding and cooperation. However, much of the formative stages of
the progression of the X Generation are maintained within a context of the
economic and technological advancements that are made through industrial
competition. In this respect,
individuals within the X Generation are substantially exposed to, and
influenced by, many different forms of communication, including television,
radio, video games, telephones, cable and wire services, satellites, cellular
services, and the internet. This
exposure and influence are also augmented through the electronic devices that
are made available to the X Generation:
personal computers, video cassette recorders, walkmans, cellular
telephones, laptop computers, and additionally.yes""> Much of this technology is substantially introduced and distributed
as a means of programming and influencing the consumption and occupational
behaviour of individuals within the X Generation.yes""> Yet, through the increased availability of information and
the gradual formal and experiential training of individuals within the X
Generation, there is an enhanced an increasingly level understanding of the
conventional systems of society so that the continuing progression of
technological and social advances are perpetuated within an increasingly
equitable socioeconomic platform.
At the time of the specific initiation of this post-modern utopia, the X
Generation is aggregately progressing through adulthood, respectively becoming
wedded, respectively bearing children and raising families, and collectively
reconciling the difficulties of maintaining an awakened conscious to the
respective religious and cultural traditions of the World, whilst adhering to
the immediate and pragmatic necessities of living and maintaining a family, and
whilst receiving an increased amount of authority and responsibility for the
temporal endeavours of the World.

The We Generation

The We Generation is the most recent generation to be temporally established at the time of the specific initiation of the post-modern utopia. The
individuals of the We Generation are the children of the X Generation. The We Generation is specifically
described as the group of children whose earliest memories are those that are
contextualised by the attacks on the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon within
the United States of America Taínoterranea as well as the reaction of the World
after these attacks. The
individuals within this first wave of the We Generation are now respectively
reaching the age of puberty and are being prepared for secondary education as
well as postsecondary education, postsecondary occupation, and/or additional
endeavours. Within the vision of
the post-modern utopia, the We Generation inherits the conventional authority
of the many respective institutions of the World from the X Generation at the
general time of the 100th year anniversary of the United Nations.

The Centennial Inheritance Generation

The individuals of the Centennial Inheritance Generation are the children of the We Generation, and are the most youthful individuals within humanity at the time of the 100th year anniversary of the United
Nations, الاyes""> عنش, חאשם
באר, ;yes""> Ensh’Allah, Bar Hashem, God Willing, Om.

The post-modern utopia is a direct, intergenerational cooperative effort specifically between the X Generation and the We Generation. Obviously, this plan
requires effective cooperation from each generation;yes""> however, the pragmatic implementation of the specific
programmes and initiatives within this ACE Plan are predicated upon five
substantial factors:

1.) the awakened consciousness, and the intrinsic reliance upon such, that is specifically experienced since the emergence of the X Generation;

2.) the intrinsic, anticipated, and necessary direct cooperation between the X Generation and the We Generation within the few decades
proceeding from the specific initiation of the post-modern utopia; and,

3.) the innate ability to innovatively proceed through conventional systems of education, and the respective curricula and programming
therein, to effectively perceive the fundamental, temporal dilemmas experienced
within humanity and the means through which to effectively alleviate these
fundamental, temporal dilemmas towards the actualisation of the post-modern
utopia.

4.) six degrees of separation is now four degrees of separation: there is a contemporary thesis that suggests that each person is
connected with all other people through a continual connexion of six or less
people: my family member/friend
has a family member/friend has a family member/friend has a family
member/friend who knows you.
Amidst the advancement of technology and the proliferation of
international travel, communication, and cooperation, our suggestion is now
that all people are connected by four degrees of separation or less: my family member/friend has a family
member/friend who knows you.

Admittedly, the original thesis is explained without the presumption of kinship or friendship and is simply predicated upon knowing (the presumption of kinship or friendship is
substantially a consequence of the benevolent inclination: to know is to
love). To perceive the tangibility
of this thesis, there is a certain qualification for this knowledge:

a. Distinctive Remembrance:yes""> without any substantial question or doubt, a person distinctively remembers another person (this pertains to people whom a person
knows very well)

b. Specific Recollection: although interaction may be comparatively infrequent, a person can
specifically recall and describe (at the least) the name and face of a person
without direct assistance.

c. Episodic Recognition: although interaction may be comparatively infrequent and a person may
have had difficulty specifically recalling the name or face of another
individual, upon receiving communication of the name and/or face of another
individual, a person is able to specifically recognise the other individual and
is able to describe some form of episodic connexion with the individual (a
mutual experience, a mutual institutional affiliation, and additionally).

2.) Telepathy exists and may be simply perceived as coinciding processes of rationalisation.

Admittedly, the very premise of such generational identifications may be considered a biased industrial presumption, particularly when considering the generational time spans generally maintained within
agricultural societies and when also considering that the salient events upon
which these generational identifications are generally predicated upon pertain
to the general experience of certain industrial societies. However, amidst these acknowledged
biases, these generational identifications provide an appropriate framework
through which to perceive the temporal transition of authority throughout the
general framework of time amidst this post-modern utopia. In addition, as can be increasingly
perceived through proceeding explanation within this post-modern utopia, there
is a certain appropriateness in maintaining an admittedly industrialised bias
with specific respect to generational identification because of the intrinsic
international responsibility and experience that is maintained within
industrial societies (whilst the respective responsibilities of agricultural
societies are comparatively insular).
