Melbourne welcomes you all.
It has been such a joy and a thrill to have the Parliament finally open and to begin the process of meeting and coming to know and understand so many new and incredible souls. Although I'm not an important presenter or world-noted figure, I thought I'd add a hearty welcome to you all from a local participant.
As a Melbourne resident and part of the local Pagan community, this Parliament is giving me not only the pleasure of meeting so many notables of the world's various Pagan faiths but also meeting with and beginning to build bridges between other faiths through their members here. I have such belief in this gathering and true hope that this is a grand chance for so many barriers between faiths to be overcome.
