God’s administration is religion, peoples administration is administration. After forgetting god or neglecting god, we invented rules and regulation to be followed in the day today life may be of – family, village, state, country and world.

What is the reason behind it?

 Internal medicine and external medicine take its own way.  Rules and regulation impossible to mold the people. We have to create the environment to grow good culture among the peoples.
