Thrown into prison, Anand Krishna Strike to Eat

Jakarta-Detikcom Interfaith Spiritual Anand Krishna will conduct a hunger strike because they feel unfairly treated. He feels wronged because suddenly the judges of South Jakarta District Court after a hearing held Wednesday, March 9, 2011.
“I feel tyrannized by the provisions of the judge to detain me,” said Anand as his attorney a written statement, Humphrey Djemat, Thursday (10/03/2011). The panel of judges chaired by Anand trial Hari Sasangka. Anand objection was detained because he was suffering from heart disease.
Anand ensnared article sexual harassment after a former pupil and his assistant make a confession before the police. After 5 months of trial, the trial was still examining the witnesses and not to enter the prosecution. He entered the Rutan Cipinang.
Anand said, all this time he was being cooperative and, most importantly, there is no single evidence to prove the violation of law. Even the testimony of the witnesses reporting is always changing, and the fact the trial is not in accordance with the BAP.
“On the High Attorney even because of it and because of health, I was not arrested. In the past I’ve fallen police and collapse, and since then has suffered permanent heart problems that must be pocketed anywhere cardiovascular medicine. Did anyone even joked,” now will turn a pura fall again? “I recognized the voice, but, so be it, hopefully he will realize his mistake,” said Anand.
“As a protest against the provision that I consider this inhumane, and not even thinking about my health, where I have very strict diet because of diabetes and high blood pressure. So, as a protest and rejection of tyranny, I decided to fast from food until the assessment is this inhumane revoked, “said Anand.
Anand also said, if his health condition is disturbed, please do not be no compulsion to eat against him. “Let me die if that is desired by the parties that led and financed this case to silence the voice of nationalism, the mission of harmony, and my diversity,” said Anand.

Feb 12th 2010 - A.K was reported by two former students, Tara dan Sumidah, to Indonesian National Comission of Women (Komnas Perempuan) for allegedly accused of sexual harrasment in which the method was that they had been brainwashed, or hypnotized, and given doctrine of “idolizing” a guru. They were accompanied by their lawyer Agung Mattauch.
Feb 15th 2010 - The case was formally reported to Jakarta Police Metro Jaya by Tara only. Nov 11th 2010 - Many witnesses have been called by the council of three judges POINTED OUT Abrory always involved in process of prosecuting A.K AS COORDINATOR. For example : meetings at his house, presenting “evidences” to police, financing roadshows and out of city’s trips, writing a Method of A.K’s brainwashing techniques by quoting from 140+ books of A.K that’s stressing ONLY the relationship between Guru and disciple, etc.
This time, he was called as a witness, and confronted by lawyer Darwin Aritonang S.H about his TERM OF RECONCILIATION discussed in earlier months when they met in Studio TvOne. At the time, Abrory had said that there were 3 conditions to wash out this case : (1) A.K should apologize in public, (2) A.K should leave AAF and never been involved again in AAF’s activities, (3) All assets of AAF should be surrenderred and transferred. Abrory got angry and yelled in front of presiding judges that he would kill the lawyer and A.K, but in seconds, he corrected that what he meant that he would kill A.K’s idea and, directly would report A.K’s teachings to Islamic Clergy Council (MUI) and PHDI (Hindu Priest Council)
CURRENT TRIAL
Till today, the trial has been going on close to 7 months. No Evidence. No Substansial Witness. AK’s Lawyer said that this is “his/her story” trial. Right now, the case is only relying on the EXPERT WITNESS, The Hypnotheraphists whose EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS are in question.
Dewi Pratomo, Tara’s personal theraphist, was allowed by court to become expert witness in the trial, denying any chances of SUBJECTIVITY and CONFLICT OF INTEREST. She admitted in media that she has been practicing hypnotheraphis for 20 years although Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) told us that she just completed her distance education in February 2009. Another Hypnotherapist Wowiek Prasantyo Mardigu claimed in the court that he had undertaken a 9 months long training with Hypnotherapy Training Institute (HTI), but the DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTION DENIED HIS CLAIM. [An Email from the director of HTI confirmed it]. In court, Mardigu, also said that he would DO ANYTHING according to the ORDER of the clients who had PAID him.

Dewi Pratomo claimed in Media that after isolating Tara (The Accuser) from outside world for 4 months and conducting 45 session of hypnotherapies, she had successfully RECOVERING REPRESSED MEMORY of the accuser that there were sexual abuses. But, according to many hypnotherapy experts, a 45 session of hypnotherapies within 4 months was not only UNETHICAL, but also could lead to IMPLANTING FALSE MEMORY. [NO PROGRAM IN AAF DESIGNED OR OFFERED THAT ISOLATED A PERSON FROM OUTSIDE]
A defense witness, 19 years old student, once friend of the accuser was asked by the prosecutor in the trial as to whom did she idolize. When she mentoned Mahatma Gandhi, the prosecutor asked, "but, you are muslim" implying that it was strange (or wrong) to idolize a hindu figure for a muslim. Another witness, Mrs. Norma (chartered accountant) was questioned if she was taken to India, and was forced to kind of admittance that what we teach in the Ashram had a hidden genda of hinduizing people of different faiths.
Another defense witness was also asked about dupa (incense) and crystal. When answered that the dupa was used for aromatherapy, and crystal for health therapy, the prosecutor didn’t accept them as the answer. This situation continues with other witnesses too. NO QUESTION ABOUT THE SEXUAL HARASSMENT.
LATEST UPDATE
Mar 9th 2010 - The Judge Panel chaired by Drs Hari Sasangka SH suddenly detained Anand Krishna who suffered from permanent heart disease although he has been very cooperative in attending the court-trials since August 2010.
[Comment: Last time, in the police office, A.K was collapse by a heart attack after interrogated for 11 hours non-stop, despite they have been informed about his diabetic and high blood pressure.]
From 9th March 2011 - today (day 5), AK is ON HUNGER STRIKE , protesting improper treatment against him. With his health condition, this can be fatal. We NEED YOUR SUPPORT AND PRAYERS.
