I welcome PeaceNext !

The launch of this Interreligious Network is the realization of long standing hopes and visions.

It addresses a need – deeply felt by many individuals and participants who meet at a Parliament – to have a convenient way to stay in touch with new global friends and contacts.

It also meets an urgent need for the host of PeaceNext – The Council for a Parliament of the World's Religions. PeaceNext will be a place where:

• we will meet and get to know people and organizations engaged in the interreligious movement around the world.
• interreligious organizations – big and small – can describe themselves and their unique roles.
• reflections on Melbourne 2009 can be shared.
• reports can be posted on how the themes of the Melbourne Parliament have inspired local actions.
• issues that concern the whole interreligious community can be explored.
• inspirational, educational and organizational ideas and resources can be shared.
• announcements can be made and invitations extended.
• Partner Cities are described, encouraged and related.
• we can plan together, the sixth Parliament of the World’s Religions in 2014, somewhere in the world.

So I welcome PeaceNext as the cyber expression of the Parliament of the World’s Religions. I welcome it as a place where the interreligious movement can convene anytime and where together we can facilitate its strengthening and growth.

Dear Soul Bill lesher,
' The springs of love have evaporated by the heat of evil in the form of clouds.
now the cold winds of ' PEACE NEXT 'S Noble souls dialogues together with the peace friends, brother ,sister
monks ,leaderes teachings condensed it to rain-drops that fall as summer-showers which each one of us as has
to collect in the bowl of one's heart to one's capacity '
with blessings

Having been at the parliament and having the opportunity to connect to much excellent religious work around the world, I am hoping that PeaceNext will be a site where those conversation can continue.

Rev. Padre Leonel Narvaez from Colombia will be reading Bishop's Samuel Ruiz Lecture , from Mexico due to the fact that Bishop Ruiz is not able to travel,, so look for the time and place of the conference, also we sent a video where Bishop Ruiz is sending a message to all the people that attended the event.
Peace forgivness and reconciliation

This brings to life one of my favorite lines from the Universal Peace Covenant "Peace is built through communication. The open exchange of ideas is necessary for discovery, for well-being, for growth, for progress whether within one person or among many..." I look forward to meeting those of you who are in Melbourne in person.

Dear Chair,
This is the way to go that will give members focus issues around interreligious discussions.
Well done. Lets see how it will be next.

I believe this will be an excellent way for those of us interested in fostering interfaith work to share our experiences, good and not so good. Let's learn from each other and develop creative ways for the interfaith movement to move forward.
