Peace Action for Anand Krishna

Hundred Balinese people hold peace action and massive pray in front of People Struggle Monument Bajra Sandhi Renon, Denpasar, Bali on Wednesday night. The Head of Peace Action Committee Agus Januraka said this peace action and massive pray are attending by religion figures, public figures, politicians, and others.

He said hundreds Balinese people were holding theatrical performance like cultural art performance Bali which attending by Balinese artists. "They demanded the fighter of Indonesia diversity Anand Krishna to release soon because the court can not prove his fault like what had pointed to Anand Krishna," said him. According to him the law process pointed to Anand Krishna can not proved in court. "We demanded President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono for soon intervention the case of Anand Krishna because the fact in court could not approve the fault of Anand Krishna," said him.

He said though court could not prove the fault of Anand Krishna, he is still in prison. This arrest impressed plays by certain people for their own interest. Now this religion figure is still refused to eat since March 9, 2011 because he refused the accusation. "Today it had included the 42nd days of his hunger strike. And it will hold until he dies because he feels innocent," said him. For those, loyal supporter of Anand Krishna in Bali did solidarity action so government can look for the best solution for a truth. According to Agus Januraka, the arrest of Anand Krishna is a form of restraining truth while Anand Krishna was born ideology about diversity in Indonesia.
